The Third Wave of behavioral therapy includes the mindfulness based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). These are our specialties and in addition to practicing in this area, we provide training and supervision to other clinicians in these modalities.
